Our beer spectrum is broken into six categories based on complexity and alcohol content. Each starts with a base style - we add our own twists. Some might say we are mad scientists posing as brewers and they could be right. We like to think about it as having fun and being creative. Using these colors on our packages, logos, and ads allows you to decode the strength of each beer simply by looking for the color code. Think of it as our version of the threat indicator. Try one of our beers and you will be amazed at just how flavorful beer can be.

Yellow = Between 6% - 7% ABV

Red = less than 5% ABV

Green = Between 7% - 8% ABV

Blue = Between 8% - 9% ABV

Indigo/Violet =Above 9% ABV

Orange = Between 5% - 6% ABV

At Prism Beer our goal is to bring you flavors and styles that are individual and unique. Our mad scientist brewer is always experimenting with what's next in beer so it is rare that you will see a mimic of a beer you've have before. What you will find are blends that offer something unique. We currently offer just two styles due to production capacity at the brewpub which we brew at but we are in the middle of opening our own brewery so that we can bring you the full spectrum of our beers. This spectrum includes a bacon chocolate stout, a hop-free porter, and a belgian white with a secret ingredient that will blow your mind. We hope that you enjoy out Bitto Honey IPA and Tea Party Pale Ale as we complete the brewery project.And remember, a healthy diet consits of all 6 beer groups.
